These terms and conditions set out the usage of this community group. “AMW” means Andrew Morgan Watches Ltd. “Members” refers to you and/or other members of the group. The “group” refers to the WhatsApp community and any groups or chats within it. 

1. Members must join via the invitation link. Existing members can make a request for a new member to be added. If AMW agrees, the existing member can share the invitation link to join the group. 
   
   1a. Members may include watch enthusiasts, collectors and industry professionals at AMW's discretion. 
   
   1b. AMW retains the right to decide if a member should be allowed to join the group and may remove members from the group without notice or reason.
        
2. By joining the group, members/you consent to your personal data, including your name and phone number, being visible to AMW and other members of the group–including current and future members–and to the rest of these terms and conditions.
       
3. AMW will not share any personal data, such as your name and phone number, outside of the group without your consent.
         
4. Other members' data should not be shared or used without consent from the individual, for example to make unsolicited contact.
       
5. The purpose of the group is for members to discuss watches, the watch market, collections etc. From time to time, members may choose to discuss other subjects. Members should post responsibly and respect each other’s views. No illegal content should be shared. The group should not be spammed or used inappropriately.
   
   5a. AMW does not control or moderate the content within the group and will not be held liable for anything shared inside or outside of the group.
   
   5b. AMW may share content or promotions it has an interest in, and believes would be of interest to members, and members consent to this when joining the group.
       
6. All information shared in the group, by AMW or any member, should be treated as confidential. It should not be shared outside of the group without the explicit consent of the member who originally shared it and/or the original author.
   
   6a. You are aware that people may break the above guidance, and that any messages, content or personal data shared and accessible via this group may be shared by others without your consent. You accept this risk and will post responsibly. AMW will not be held liable if these terms are broken and information is shared without a member’s consent.
       
7. Members may leave the group at anytime they wish. Previous personal data and content shared by that member may remain visible in the group to members (existing and new).
         
8. Members must read the WhatsApp legal notice, privacy policy and any other relevant documents now or in the future to ensure they are happy with how their data is processed in the WhatsApp group.
         
9. AMW may update these terms and conditions at any time, without notice and without notification. Members can access the terms and conditions at any time.
          
10. AMW will accept no liability for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the group.
